Why this forum Icon shows my old 360 picture and games?

And not my current Xbox One picture and my latest games?

On the PC the picture of motorcycle is the right one and also my latest games that I recently played:

Forza 6, Thunderstones, Forza Apex, Quantum break, Unravel and more.

I live in Israel and like many in Israelis we are having problems with Xbox One,

Since the beginning of the summer sale.

Xbox 360 works perfectly normal, also the PC show the right information,

Just the Xbox One doing many sort of problems and the Android Application also doesn't show the deals anymore.

Microsoft telephone support told me that they get a lot of complaints and they just sent me to download my free gold games from my PC.

I think something is wrong that should be repaired by the Microsoft professionals.

Xbox 360 broke after 9 weeks, really glad i swapped my ps3 for one!

My xbox 360 is 9 weeks old and now shows no picture. Done some reading and tried the trouble shooting stuff to no avail. Looks like its going back! At least my ps3 lasted 4 years. Why oh why are these machines so rubbish?

Because this forum has not been updated to include the new generation games it is still showing the 360 content. Rumor has it that there is going to be an update to the forums to correct this.

It is the name of my Xbox 360 but it is a new Icon in addition to the one that already exist. It's Picture is very similar to the Metro Design and the "look" (colors and such) of the new Forums.

OP, I have no idea as to how to change the picture via Xb web site, but if you have gamer pictures on your 360 console.

Settings >profile >edit profile >gamer picture >change gamer picture (This is the one which will show up here on the forums.. Takes an hour or more for the changes)

Or >change personal picture. (Which will show on the console itself.)

This is how I change my picture for both the console and my forum picture.

You can DL free gamer pictures etc by going to games via the console. Click search and then enter >free gamer pictures< and/or themes. Hope this helps!

I created a gamer pic on my xbox one and the only one that shows on the forums is my old one from my 360 and when I go to change it in the edit profile it says I have to log into my 360. Why can't I make that change on my xbox one since it is my console
now and not the 360?
