Why this communication ban?

So about a week ago or so, there was a kid being really dumb in game I messaged him and he called me a name. So I called him it back, he reported me and I have a 2 week communication ban? This makes me reslly upset and mad. Literslly all it was, was idiot.
I cant even get a review on it! I thi k this is really pointless and dumb. Especially when I've been called put to **** multiple times in game chats, parties, and messages and they get nothing! I'm tired of all this crap and I just want it to be reviewed so
someone can see it and be like "oh thats stupid let me lift his ban" Please do something about this. My account is

Question

why do people complain about communication? when this world is full of bad communication, I don't get why xbox will suspend your account for that, it doesnt make sense.

When your account gets a ban for communications, they will review you recent past behavior, if they find this to be consistent with why you were communication banned, they may add further enforcement to your account.

This is why you may receive further enforcement's whilst you are communication banned.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com If the suspensions it not eligible for a review, then all you can do is wait it out.
