Why there a problem my console is say there was a problem with the update

Not sure why so many console update that will harm my console.There no new notes.Not sure I needd to rest the console again after every xbox one update.

My xbox is saying theres a update 566.0mb but it gets to 29% verifying and says there was a problem with the update ,What do I do ive tired resetting it and everything.

My Eternet not the problem . A user on reddit reply to me and say he was the same problem . Only a console update can fix the problem on that case .

This is a common problem people complain about and the Microsoft support members always the same stupid stuff. Then once microsoft finally updates the OSU1 if fixes the problem even though all these “team members” say it won’t. My $400 console is absolutely
useless right now until the update which is why i will be going back to playstation because i never had any of these problem in the 17 years i played on Playstion but in less then 2 years of having my xbox one x have had all kinds of problems
