Why the only to contact the enforcement team is via a banned? Why can we just go back old...

Hey guys hopefully anybody that's on the enforcement team read this, but i recently got banned for life, after 7 years no problems everything good so far, i got a message that something was wrong with my account, after i woke up from a nap i didn't pay much attention the moment i try to get on something was up *Notice of Xbox enforcement* i went on the website i see what was up i was banned for life, I'm like what did i do i ask in the appeal of course because I was confused, what can I possibly done wrong, i got my answers most of the stuff that was in email i didn't do, seems so fake that on here on this new account i break way to many rules all i get is communication ban i gotten like 32 by now I did this to contact them since this is the only way to contact enforcement, in this I'm not permanently ban weird and on my main i get a permanent banned for stuff that I didn't do. Upon searching a little bit on everything I came across this program on YouTube [mod removed]

where you can get on anybody account with a modded 360 of course this was recently done to a famous YouTuber

All I'm asking is to get my account unbanned, i didn't had no notification that someone was on my account when this person randomly unlocked a bunch of achievements on my account, did what he did on my account that got permanent banned, someone needs to find a way to patch this is getting out control, i would accept a reset or something on my main but not a permanent banned for stuff that I'm not responsible of, after so many getting communication banned i got a response on my email when I talk about what happened what i found this was the reply i got.... As the owner of the account, you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation. Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to violate the Community Standards, we have to hold it accountable. This was the response I got from them, so this means that [mod removed] will get banned soon as well??? I'm still responsible for my account after god knows how many times my account was used to do illegal stuff on Xbox until it got banned because of the gamescore and other stuff, without me knowing with this is not only my responsibility is also yours as well, you guys failed me to notified me, that someone was in my account, yes i had my account secured before someone says something about that, even if I did change my info, this person would have access to my account still just by typing my gamertag, that's so unfair, an illegal program is being used to get these access to these accounts, something must be done here.
