Why the [Mod Removed - Profanity] does my Xbox account keep doing this?

I went to try to change my offline xbox 360 account (which on Halo Reach had 5000000+ credits that i reduced down to around 200 or so credits) to an online account. I had specifically reduced my credit amount to 200 or so BEFORE
switching it to an online account. However, when I changed it to an online account, signed back in, and booted up Halo Reach, it said that I still had 5000000+ credits! I didn’t have that much anymore, but it still said I did! And now if I give those credits
up, I will be a sergent again and I will lose everything! This is the second time this has happened to me TODAY! Is there any way I can fix this AND keep my original armor? Is there a way I can put an Xbox360 offline profile on an Xbox One? Is it too late
to fix this issue? HELP PLEASE!

So i got communication banned because in a joking way i sent a message to my friend who is actually [Mod Removed-Profanity] a message saying
[Mod Removed-Profanity]

Why is this so bad moderators why is it bad saying someone is [Mod Removed-Profanity] in a joking way when i know them, what do you have against
[Mod Removed-Profanity].

I've always liked PS3 better than XBOX 360 , and then at a pawn shop i was offered a deal on an XBOX 360 that was better than the PS3 that was there. I bought the XBOX and the first thing i wanted to do was play online but then this [mod removed: profanity]
problem had to appear that same day and wont let me get a gold memebership.[mod removed: profanity] i tried 5 [mod removed: profanity] times putting my info over and over. Hurry the [mod removed: profanity] with this [mod removed: profanity] problem because

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. In order to sign your 360 offline profile into an Xbox One correctly, you would need to convert it into a GamerTag first. Just be sure that you have a Microsoft account available that isn't currently in use as the alias (email)
for another GamerTag, or you can create a new Microsoft account for use.

Sign in to the profile that you want to convert from an offline profile to a gamertag.

Press the Guide button to bring up the mini-guide

Go to Settings and then select Profile.

Select Join Xbox Live.

Enter your first name.

Enter your Microsoft account email address.

Enter your Microsoft account password.

Verify the information on the screen.

Verify the current privacy settings.

Review the
Terms of Use and then select I accept.

This would allow the gamerscore from the offline profile to transfer to an Xbox Live profile and should allow all of your achievements, DLC, etc to convert over correctly.

Some services? Are you kidding me? I can't even sign in to my account. All you guys at Microsoft care about is money and nothing else. We bought this device even though 99% of other gamers buy Play Stations. When we bought it our country was included
