    Why the is the Logitech G920 wheel not supported on the ONE X???


    After purchasing a Logitech G920 racing wheel and a couple hours of research and emails I was finally told by Logitech themselves that the wheel is not supported on the X Box ONE X. Why?? Its the same console! Can you please add drivers for it to the ONE X,
    this is ridiculous, I never would have purchased the one X, it defeats the purpose of having the latest and greatest graphics for a game like Forza if i can't use the same wheel that worked before. What are you guys doing?

    The Xbox One X is specifically designed to work with all accessories previously made for the Xbox One.

    This sounds more like a Logitech device issue. A quick search of your wheel on Amazon shows people using this wheel on Xbox One X without a problem. I'd get in touch with Logitech again and see what they could do for your wheel

    Why is there no support for older Logitech wheels when the g29/g920 is fully compatible, since xbox one is based so much on windows 10, which supports the wheels, I don't understand why the Xbox One can't do the same? Is it some sneaky deal with Logitech
    so that players have to purchase the new wheel in order to use it on their console?

    We want to expand on this a bit. We can't speculate on a third party accessory and if Logitech is stating that this accessory isn't compatible, they would be the ones with more information about this issue. Thank you.

    Heya!

    We understand the frustration with that purchase not working on the console for sure.

    The drivers and requirements for third party devices are supplied to any developer who wishes to use it and the console is designed to be as supportive as possible.

    Unfortunately, it is always up to the developer of a device to use the tools and SDK's provide to make their devices and content compatible with the console.

    If a developer decides they do not wish to take the time to make their device function we would not have any control or sway over that.

    We do hope that at some point Logitech does update their gear for the newer console and we hope they are able to provide a solution if you do not want the device any longer.
