    Can not play Forza Horizon 3 as a digital game

    Forza Horizon 3 is not, nor has it ever been Games with Gold or GamePass. You’ll have to purchase the game to play. FH4 is available on gamepass

    A huge list of cars has never been the goal in the Horizon games. They did however add 100 more from 3 so they are always expanding.

    Probably never, and it has never been an option to install flash on an Xbox system. In this day and age there are to many good reasons why one should not install flash onto their system.

    Forza Motorsport 2, 3, 4, and Horizon 1 are no longer supported, hence why they would no longer update. As for the later games, try logging out of the app, then log back in again, that might help with the issue.
