Why The Evil Within doesn't work

I installed The Evil Within in my Laptop from the xbox game pass, but when I open it, the screen starts to blink and practically my computer goes crazy, I try to move the mouse but every deal returns to the center and I can't do anything else with it, I can't close the game and I have to turn off the computer, please can you tell me how to fix this problem because I really want to be able to play this game.

Thank you for reaching out about this issue, I'm sorry you're having this issue, if you cannot close out of the game I recommend using the Task Manager via CTRL ALT DELETE then selecting "Task Manager" then selecting the Game's name, and ending the task.

This should allow you to have control over your PC.

I recommend verifying the files of the game by going to the Xbox Application, and right clicking the game, then selecting "Verify Files". hope this works!

I was trying to buy the evil within, ended up getting ufc instead. don't know why, but shadows of mordor is showing up, but not the evil within.

Hey Raging Canadian.

Once you've played "The Evil Within" you want to check out "Alien: Isolation".

If you've got Kinect and some Turtle Beaches you're in for the ultimate Survival Horror.

Better that you'll have played "The Evil Within" first so it doesn't dissapoint you for not being as good.
