    it's clear this service gives ZERO **** to its dedicated users. I've been faithful since '07 and never have I been disappointed. Been trying to renew XLive Sub and fail because of YOUR inability to stay consistent.

    I avoided the fact I had to renew my Sub from the actual website,instead of the convenience of my console, now!! I can't redeem on both website or console.

    A gradual decline in Cust. Service has been noticed and am sick of it. Please deal with this at your earliest convenience.

    Codes sometimes generate by service outages, so you should check first if xbox live is working instead of looking for that code. It could be when you tried to renew your subscription that Xbox Live was not working well.

    If you can calm down and explain a little better your problem, we can help you. You say that you cant redeem a code of Xbox Live Gold or that you cant buy it from the main store? Also, you have the app to try if web and console does not work.

    Also, there is no need to talk like that. Im sorry to hear that you have some troubles but problems exist everywhere, have a little of patience.

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    I'm getting the same thing too, status code 80169D94. My xbox live status has a service alert on it too which i don't really get at all why i have a service alert on my account. I can't add any Microsoft Points to my account or redeemed any at all.
