Why telling someone to kill himself is ok, but not telling someone his behaviour is **** ?!?!

I've report at least 6-7 peoples for telling me to ****, yet I only received 2 notifications that an action was taken, so that mean 4 or 5 of them get away with nothing.

On my side, I've told 2 or 3 peoples it was **** dumb from them to feed then leave the game (feeding is intentionally dying to give the other player/team an advantage in a game like Smite, so should be considered as bad as hacking, which I reported them
for this do, and no notification), and I'm suspended for the second time.

In which world do we live in where it's ok to tell someone to kill himself but not telling him his behaviour is **** ???

I've try to appeal the decision and since it's because I've used the term "f*cking dumb" they wont considerer lifting my suspension.

I've been on ps4 for 5 years, neven been banned for anything, and I use the same language as on xbox, but everytime I was told to **** and that i've reported them.. those people received a sanction.

Also, if 2 peoples have an argument and are using "bad words", why would you ban one of the 2 ?!?

I have an xbox since christmas, and was banned twice for telling people if was dumb from them to feed then leave the game we were playing (Smite).

Yet I've been told 6-7 times to kill myself, and only received 2 notifications that my report went through.

How the **** telling someone to kill himself is ok, but telling someone that his behaviour is **** is not ?!?!

ok dont know why the text isnt showing up, but anyway can you report someone for going around and falsely telling people that someone is hosting 15ht prestige lobbies?

 

The enforcement team doesn't always send a notification when they take action. It's actually very rare to receive one. So just because you don't receive a notification, doesn't meant they aren't being taken care of.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be punished.

 

Also, what I find disturbing, is that I've renew my xbox game pass to play some games with my friend... an hour later I got suspended for something ridiculous... what a way to have free money microsoft

 

Its really quite simple follow the code of conduct which can be found here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers and you wont have to worry about being suspended.

I think part of the problem is that people are so offended now a days when someone says something to them that they feel that they have to retaliate there is something called ignoring the person.

Xbox even has a great feature that you can mute and block the person so that you dont receive any more messages from them and dont get matched up with them in the future.
