i wud like to know why i still paid for 3 more months xbox live even when i have taken my paying method off to be shure they wud no take it again ???

i cant buy gold by paying for them with my microsoft points

it is still an issue,i have cash on my microsoft account but it still wont let me purchase live gold with the cash on the account, why does everything involving microsoft always have to be so difficult?

My Microsft Money is about to expire

I find it offensive that you seized money that was added to my account with a cash card. Why would a company that has made so much money off of us already say that cash expires and then take it to spend on whatever they want. I have never changed points
to currency. All of the cash you stole was real money. So whenever Microsoft needs cash why do you dip into our accounts and steal. That is embezzling from us. I never agreed to give you cash for nothing so i would like to have my money returned to me asap.
I shouldnt have to tell you stealing is wrong...

If you did not turn off auto-renewal, the system will still try to charge you regardless of if you have the funds or not. If you did turn off auto-renewal and it charged you, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're

That's right. That's why on "The Price is Right" you always had the option to take the cash value instead of the prizes you won. A lot people winning a $30,000 car or even a $3,000 trip couldn't afford to pay the taxes so they can take the cash value instead
and pay the taxes out of that.
