Hi there! This is Ronnie, an independent advisor.

Nice to meet you and I hope you are having a great day!

I understand you need help with your Xbox problem.

Try doing a reset of your console to see if this helps.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select System.

    4. Select Console info

    5. Select Reset console.

    6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

No, When HDMI is selected, the image looks stretched and very pixelated.

XBOX One Screen Display too big, HDMI TV Picture does not fill screen

My guess is that you accidentally changed a setting on your TV. Most TVs have a PicSize/Zoom/Stretch setting that could cause what you describe. Try finding and changing that setting. It should be set to "JustScan," "Native," or whatever your TV calls 1:1
    pixel mapping.

Apps not displaying correctly with 360 set to 1024x768 widescreen

You're using a very old Plasma display. Early generation Plasmas and low-end Plasmas use rectangular pixels. While the 360 can compensate, if the apps aren't properly behaved they'll look stretched.

Set your 360 to 1366x768 and let your TV scale the pixels.
