    Why Solitaire Events is freezing and crashing all the time


    Hello,

    For two/three weeks ago I could play normally the tournament, but now just freeze and crash all the time, and sometimes appear the message "The save game file is corrupt. A new save file will be create for you."

    What's going on? Can somebody help me please?

    Solitaire keeps crashing after re-installing

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Solitaire Collection about 10 times now. I tried restarting my PC before and/or after, but Solitaire keeps crashing. What is the problem?

    Microsoft Solitaire Event Crash

    Same thing happened to me tonight. Played first game of event, at completion of game Solitaire crashed. Tried all the fixes I could find. Multiple uninstalls, reboots, cache flushes. Everything else works but the minute I try to load an event
    Solitaire crashes.

    Microsoft Solitaire World Tournament

    Me too. Tried rebooting machine, and uninstalling, then reinstalling MS Solitaire. I can play normal games, and daily challenges, but clicking on that Klondike Event just crashes MS solitaire.

    Mine is not loading the event either, I can do the daily challenge but if I try to play the

    solitaire event it freezes and closes??? I have restarted, made sure all of my

    updates were current, and no luck - so what causes this and more importantly,

    how do you fix it???

    solitaire freezes up all the time

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset
