Don't swear or use band language. Messaging it doesn't make it any better than chat, actually it can be worse, because Microsoft can investigate all messages transmitted on Xbox Live and their servers. If we can read your own messages and see the messages
you've sent, Microsoft has that administrative power too. And they'll be easily able to obtain a copy of that message you sent them. If you try to appeal it, it will be rejected. But they might show sympathy. This is from their enforcement site:

When they commit the same thing on their console then goto your console to commit the same thhing oe worse use your profile to commit the same thing that ban dodging also harassment if they are targeting said person

How did you know we were ban dodging? Is that really a reason they would ban you if they found you messaging on a secondary when your banned on your main? Could have the many suspensions I got on my main effected my secondary to get banned even if it only had 2 strikes cause both accounts were on the same console so they gave a console ban? I didn’t think they kept track of that thank you for informing me of this I will be more careful with myself and my friends to not use a secondary to message someone that killed me on my main account or my friend using it to message someone to get past the ban on their account I think I now know why I got banned because of your explanation Microsoft saw that I once used the secondary account this one to message someone that killed me so or was toxic to me on my main I will admit a week before this ban I got banned over a gamerpic on my main for 8 days but multiplayer was still available I dmed a few people that were toxic to me on this secondary saying normal trash talk but nothing profanity or cursing maybe they banned me for 15 days cause I was abusing this dodging method Everytime I got banned on my main once this ban is over on the 9th of October I’m gonna delete this account I’m messaging you on and keep my main I was stupid to use it to dodge their systems and tell my friends they can use it too they obviously caught on and banned my console from gaming to teach me a lesson to stop I should of known.
