    I downloaded Doom the Dark Ages. After downloading my login file became corrupted. Every time I try and login the system would freeze and restart itself in a never ending cycle. On the advice of Xbox Tech Support I was told to do a hard restart. Which I did, now I am stuck at the Next, you have to login with a Microsoft account page of the system setup and still getting freezing and restarted. They want $300 to fix what they broke, I am just going to trash the xbox and go back to PC gaming.

    as you were told they're currently logging issues with the service that are likely the source of your problems

    It is impossible for an Xbox game downloaded on an Xbox console to corrupt system files because they don't come anywhere near them

    So a console that has been working fine for 2+ years all the sudden has a login issue right after downloading a game to the point it is just a useless brick that is going to go into the trash but the game download has nothing to do with it.

    There have been login issues over the weekend that appear to be continuing which may be the source of your problem

    My xbox one s is stuck on 50% and it keeps on freezing and not connecting to my tv therefore I have to wait days for it to work and within minutes it freezes

    This doesn't work. All of this began after downloading updates. So Microsoft's own updates brick my Xbox One and then tell me I have to pay to get it repaired. This is why MS will never have trust from regular people and gamers.
