Why should I buy xbox?\Enforcement\Microsoft Shenanigans

Ive been with xbox a long time, and im tired of their [Mod Removed - Profanity] and not caring. I bought a brand new Division Edition Xb1 and it still to this day it will not connect wirelessly. Yup no surprise i bought a brand new system
that came broken, and xbox refused to replace it. Really cool Microsoft. I bought a 360 brand new halo editon and it "malfunctioned" in 2 weeks and i had to return it, and they gave me a [Mod Removed - Profanity] replacement (slim) that melted
and cracked my discs. Ive lost preorder DLC content and they did nothing to fix it. Supports a joke, if you can manage to get any. Overall extremely disatisfied with this company.

Then your "reputation" another joke, can be damaged by people you played fairfully and honorable with, because your winning. You get attacked by a team of trolls that report you, and chase and harass you for no reason all the time. And then you report them,
and block them, and keep getting [Mod Removed - Profanity] with so you snap. Then they ban you so you cant talk to your friends, join profitable groups, cordinate, or even explain a situation. And you "are more likely to be matched with Bad
Players" Really? Why the [Mod Removed - Profanity] would i keep paying for that? Heres an idea, stop being
[Mod Removed - Profanity] and make every profile require an ID verification, if someone hacks or is a major
[Mod Removed - Profanity], ban the person from xbox. Why? Because they just start a new account and come right back.

Meanwhile Im more and more [Mod Removed - Profanity] cant even play my game, getting ganged up on, cant ask for help or join a game of like minded players. Etc. Its
[Mod Removed - Profanity]. Fix your broken policies, and enforcement joke.

All that and much more aside, tell me Microsoft, Why should I buy a New system? Why should i continue to pay for
[Mod Removed - Profanity] service? Why should i buy another game? Youve proven you dont care every step of the way, what do I get for my years of loyalty? Nothing. So why should i keep buying Xbox?

Well there shouldn't be any Enforcement on the Xbox Microsoft console we do not need that whatever we say and do is our freedom of speech and rights looks like Xbox and Microsoft is trying to take our rights away from us the people on xbox we pay Xbox and Microsoft hundreds of dollar every year or more on game pass and buy movies and games on their consoles right so they should delete the Enforcement team and let the people handle their own problems on xbox that is why there is a BLOCK button on the console right

I have this problem too and it's disgraceful. Why should i risk buying it again and getting charged and then having no way to actually contact anyone from Microsoft to deal with it? Yet another reason why i will not be buying the Xbox One.
