why provide an error if they wont tell us what it means

i can get my xbox to start up forza6 which i own on disc. it generates an error code which the box then tells me to input in at xbox.com/errorhelp and see if there is any information about it. The mere fact that an error code is generated tells you the
code has a meaning and that meaning means something to the people who designed the xbox one to put out specific error code when specific problems occur. Otherwise the codes would be random and meaningless. So having a specific error generated but going to
the one site that should have information about every code that could possibly be generated only to find that no information about "my" error code is available or as they state it no article on this error exists, is not just extremely frustrating, its necessarily
a lie as well. Of course, there is information about this code. There wouldnt be a code if it didn't mean something.

As such please tell me why with the disc clean, no scratches or dirt on it with the unit well ventilated when i go to start up Forza6, i get the message on the screen that something went wrong and the error code is ; 0x80073d5a

what does that mean?

They tell me my provider is running to slow, that is why this error come up.
