Why pressing LT switches my left and right analog sticks

The problem seems to be with the previous profile account. I made up a new profile account and everything worked well. No controller issues. I noticed it's only with mw2&mw3 games. I tried other FPS games with no issues. The question is how to transfer everything I had from the 1st account to the new one. Is it even possible? Or can I just share with the 2nd account? Is there any way to clean out my 1st account?

I have lots of stuff in that account. Thanks for the help.
