Why playstation is better

so I recieved a communication suspension and this guy I was arguing with said he worked for microsoft and would ban me basically for nothing and then I get a suspension on 9/28/2017 that lasts till 10/12/2017 and then on 9/30/2017 it says “this user cant
play online due to harassment and threats toward other players” BUT I CANT EVEN SEND MESSAGES, my point being that Microsoft isn’t doing their job as well as playstation which also keeps a way better community. I just want some answers because I’ve never gotten
a suspension till xbox one came out and out of nowhere they just act super sensitive and throw suspensions at everyone

Honestly, I just wish discussions like this weren't on here. This is the Xbox forums, it should be about xbox. Not Playstation, or why one is better than the other.

The arguments and trolling are the reason why I will never, EVER get a playstation, regardless of who has better stuff.

Hi there,

The enforcement team has been issuing suspensions for many years, even before the Xbox One was released. Odds are you never received a suspension before because no one reported you.

To add to what OK Fowl mentioned this page explains how you can receive a suspension while severing one: Xbox Enforcement | What's Happening

Note, PlayStation has very similar rules to Microsoft's and issue very similar suspensions.

 

A member of the enforcement team would never ever tell you who they are & the enforcement team are the only ones who can suspend you.

Hopefully you reported this person.

There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for a offence & due to the time it takes to investigate any report filed your 2nd suspension would be for something you did weeks ago or even longer.

As mentioned,this has been the rules long before the xbox one came out.
