    I AM MAD Ok Ive had nothing but issues with my system Ive had to take back day one eddition xbox one to game stop i just purchased it i was on phone with support troubleshooting for over 3 hours they said take it back to store. so i did once i took system
    back i could not get my DLC For battlefield 4 to work with my councle which i payed for it i ended up getting the money for the dlc on battlefield 4 but just seen my dlc for crimson dragon was taken away im angery i got a refund for a game i liked which i
    was on the phone with support again. this time over 2 and 1/2 hours because they did not get my dlc right im still not reciving my game which i payed for nowim having huge issues with the chat and my xbox one will not recive wireless this time i made a call
    to microsoft again. is there a way i can just get my money back im really angery and thinking about just going to a PS4 because ive not getten any help also ive been an ambassador and not recived my free game for the 115 customer support chas ive helped with
    so i would like to return this xbox for my full refund. I dont think im asking for good customer service im asking that i get treated like i just baught this system for 500 dollars and not had any good service ive returned battlefield 4 because it isnt even
    letting me play the map pack ive purchased whats the use of buying a system if you cant give good customer service

    I've had a multitude of issues with my Xbox One such as Power Brick issues, game update issues, green screen issues, etc. I've tried to factory reset (a shame that it's not even a true factory reset, so some problems may still be there). I've came across
    issue after issue, though so far I've managed to get past them.

    I'm considering just buying a PS4. I didn't want to be a beta tester when I got an Xbox for Christmas.

    @ the Waltness I see your having a bad time with your Xbox one unfortunately there is no refunds at full price once you get the console your best bet is to trade it or sell it for a ps4 and as for the game it takes time to get those emails check your email
    address to see if you got it already. you must try to stay calm

    @ColdCash99 that's Also unfortunate you didn't have to use the console if it was a gift as with all new items there is bound to be issues that take time to be fixed.

    I am VERY upset with Microsoft. Yet once again they just don't care about there customers. I can't EVER get anything resolved from support, calling in Xbox, nothing. I bought an Xbox one 9 days ago. And wooow I've NEVER been so disappointed with a brand
    new console, NEVER (been buying them since Super Nintendo). First off my only option was Forza 5, a game I ABSOLUTLY HATE!! I didn't have any other option, it was spend 624.98 on a console I THOUGHT I really wanted, with a game i absolutely hate. Or don't

    a hardcore gamer) and contacted support to see if you know, they could compensate mega game token so I could get a game for the one that I actually want to play. You know what Jeremy the support guy told me... "Why did you buy an Xbox one then if you didn't
    want the game that came with it?"... WOW REALLY?? Maybe because I wanted a One. Maybe I wanted to support Microsoft with this next Gen console, and not go over to Sony. That was THE RUDEST response I've ever gotten from any business. It just shows Microsoft
    doesn't care about us, they just want our money, and after that transition is complete, there later sucker! I really can't believe they won't do something so LITTLE like give away a game token for not being happy with spending $625 on their product. That really

    Once you stop paying that PS+ fee you lose those "free games" until you start paying up again. That does not seem like a company which cares about their customers. You're nothing more than a number, sorry to break it to you.
