    Why not Rayman as 2d and Hades


    I've always wanted Xbox to have a 2d character and I thought of Rayman and Zachary is from Hades I would buy out these characters great games and can be better

    2D games have their place , and if done right can be awesome. Rayman Origins comes to mind. Also the new double dragon looks good. Though I love 3D games, which are really only 2D as well. Adding 3D IMO makes it even better.

    It's just 2D games are dying outside the likes of XBLA and Nintendo. The only retail game I can think of I have for 360 is Rayman Origins, which is good

    Many of these 2D games are better and longer that full retail that sell like hot-cakes for some reason.

    are there any active platformer adventure games?

    yeah, Uncharted is the one big reason why I would like a PS3...but as i'm sticking to one console it's not a goer.

    i do have Alice Madness and quite like it...cost me €15 new. I used to enjoy Rayman in the PS1 days, but isn't it still a 2D game? Once you've gone 3D-platforming, there's no going back :))

    I guess I'm looking for another Tomb Raider...maybe the reboot will sort this out.

    I was in a store yesterday that hade a ton of 3-D tv's on display and I gotta admit that they looked awesome. There was a 58" that blew me away.
