Why no USB audio support for xbox one?

Discus and support Why no USB audio support for xbox one? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I wonder why we cannot connect our USB audio devices to our xobx one consoles?     Why no USB audio support for xbox one?


    I wonder why we cannot connect our USB audio devices to our xobx one consoles? I personally feel that USB sounds better than optical in other devices that i own. This would also open the xbox up to new revenue streams for the company.

    xbox one controller pass through audio won't work on my pc

    for audio to work with a xbox controller on pc it has to be wired, the controller does not support audio over bluetooth. thats why i purchased a usb headset as its a pain.

    The Xbox One does not support audio out with USB, you must use an optical out (SPDIF) to your audio system.

    If there are adapters for optical to USB I have no idea and we can't recommend that.
