Why no option for requesting legacy games to be released on pc and game pass

I know it is not released until May 2nd. Several of my friends on Xbox have said they could preinstall it. That doesn't seem to be an option for me. On top of that, Game pass gives 3 options, all three of which are pay options. It would be nice to have a fourth option that says "game pass" on it and gives some feedback as to why I can't pre-install on PC.

I don't believe Fallout 4 is part of the PC game pass although it is in the console game pass. This would be why you are only given the option to download it on your console.

I know that games released on Game Pass PC can be different than retail releases. Like, no achievements, or PC settings we expect to be there. I think this is a dev decision so they can get their games on Game Pass.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you purchased the game pass for PC but it is not showing on your account. In this regard it would be best to request a call from support. As they will be able to look into the account and see what subscriptions
are active. As the game pass for PC is a totally separate subscription than game pass for console or Xbox live. Ultimate game pass combines all three subscriptions into one.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
