Why no details about digital games, preorders and DLCs?

I bought Xbox One and wanted to go full digital but why can I not preorder or dont get preorder bonuses for digital purchases? Boxed versions are cheaper with more content and no one knows details for digital games. Does Elder Scrolls Online come to the
Store, do you get 5 day early play (but how if you cant preorder), do you get PreOrder DLCs for Fable Anniv. or Thief? I thought with Xbox One you should be able to have all games digitally, but why do you still prefer customers with physical copies? It seems
Publishers, Game Developers and Xbox Support does not know the details how it will work.

Please make it clear for everyone and tell us how it works.

PS: It would be nice if background updates for Xbox One would work for games not only for the Xbox One dashboard. I have to download huge updates everytime I start a game to play. My console is 24/7 in standby and online and I must still wait to play a game
when an update is available. Even the WII can do this.

Pre-ordering Digital Games

Why in Earth would you preorder a digital copy? They are unlimited in amount!

For launch games there likely won't be digital preorders

If you're curious about what all comes with a preorder then try going to the games publisher website. Note that physical items such as a statue, hat or other collectible items won't be on a digital preorder and that's why the price is slightly cheaper.

Why wouldn't the digital preorder get the DLC. Yeah they probably didn't think of that.

Well we tend to get more info on games when they're trying to get pre-orders. With DLC pre-ordering they're still very blase' about it and not showing or giving details on the DLC

I'm with those who have said this question is not being answered. Let me lay it out simple.

The Game has a core version and two current DLC's. The new, 3rd, DLC launches tomorrow.

According the Bungie, this DLC is available to preorder as a digital download here and now. The Xbox store further proves this is true for Xbox One users.

The gig is supposed to be that if someone owned the DLC 1 and 2, you could preorder the digital download for $40.00. Again, go look at the store and you'll see you can for the Xbox One. Why are 360 users getting shafted?
