    You could try updating using a usb stick, if you have one available. Please take a look at this guide to see how it's done:

    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-info

    Xbox live is not available in Kenya, that's why you can't connect. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it.

    XBox One MP isn't available for me either. NAT is open, the UPLAY app connects just fine, but the in-game MP won't connect to the servers. Why is this not being addressed?

    why do people complain about the 24hours? "where an Ethernet / wi-fi connection is not available, you can connect using mobile broadband" You can connect your smart phone to as there problem solved
