why my xbox series x kicks out to home screen?

xbox series x kicks out to home screen only on certain games, no error message is shown. i have soft rest, hard reset and even reset the console totally. games like destiny, starfield, assassins creed mirage, jedi survivor to name a few dont even get 10 min of play then it kicks out. please help. ive had the xbox for about 2 and half years and it has been cleaned atleast every 6 months. i can play other games before and after the few games mentioned but the minute i play one of those it kicks. thanks in advance
