    Why my Xbox series X keep disconnecting from my network?


    The issue began about a month and a half ago and has gotten consistently worse. I will be in the middle on a Overwatch 2 game and the latency will jump from 30 to the 1600s and then the console just cuts the connection. It will then go on to not even display any networks when I try to reconnect the long route. When I press test connection, it says it does not work. Sometimes I have to restart the console more than once. I've left it unplugged for minutes before plugging it back in and the same issue persists. I just bought this console and an issue that I am seeing in forums from 5 years ago is currently keeping me from being able to use it. Have there been any solutions found? My next step is to do a factory reset, but I don't want to do that if the problem won't be solved that way.

    I sympathise. Since this latest update my xbox one keeps disconnecting from the internet saying no network detected when the settings says it is. I have a series x haven't tried that yet to see if same issue .

    If you're using a wired connection from console to network hardware, try WiFi (wireless) instead, or vice versa.
