    Why my xbox one s can't show 4K resonance


    I'm sorry about my English language is not so good . My xbox one s can't show 4k resonance picture when I want to play 4K blu Ray disc . I make sure I set up my xbox one s in display setting to be 4K resonance and my blu Ray disc is real 4K (black box package)disc
    and my tv support 4K but when I watch i put info button on my tv remote it show me info of resonance just 1080p I don't know why it happen .if someone know about this please help me or how I have to setting my xbox one s for watch 4K movie . Thank you so

    Lost the 4k option on Netflix app

    I can't find the 4K section either. I have an Xbox One S, 4K TV, and a 4K Subscription to netflix. Everywhere I read says that netflix is ready for 4K viewing on the Xbox One S yet I can't seem to get it to work.

    Xbox one s will not work with 4K pic monitors constant screen flickering

    I read online and more than just me are having this issue. I like to game on monitors . I have two 4K monitors and when I enable 4 k on my Xbox one s my monitors flicker and blink on and off. Why is this happening and why hasn't it been fixed ? Defeats the
    whole purpose of having an Xbox one s if you cannot use the 4K features on my 4K monitors. When will this be fixed ??????? The Xbox one s works fine with my 4K tv , but not my monitors . This needs to be resolved.

    Hey SpottyOregano34!

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Let's start with making sure the you have all the appropriate check marks set to 'green' by navigating to the Xbox One guide and select Settings > All settings > Display & sound,
    then choose Advanced video settings > 4K TV details. Does everything show green there? That will help you understand if your Xbox One S and your TV are compatible with outputting all content to 4K.

    If there are any red "x" marks on that screen, please let us know the specific categories that haev the red X so we can narrow down the issue. Additionally, please provide us the brand and model number of your 4K TV.

    The HDMI cable included with the Xbox One S is HDMI 2.0a. Be sure to give that cable a shot, and if the issue continues, please be sure to post back with the rest of the information requested in my post above so we can narrow this issue down! Why my xbox one s can't show 4K resonance :)

    My Xbox Series S doesn't show video on 4k TVs

    Hi,

    and did you set your resolution to 4K in the general settings of the console ?

    There it shows also a list of what my TV shows and what it can't. Like for example it can't show 4K with 120Hz, only 4K with 60Hz.

    If I start a game with 4K support the Series S is switching to 4K. A game like Rocket League for example.
