Why my Xbox gift card has 23 numbers not 25

The website suggested on the card also asks for 25characters. Is there any phone number or website (not AI) to ask for a refund?

I understand. In this case, you can only request a refund from the store where you purchased your gift card.

The link you send me request my history order to refund…I bought the gift card using a credit card and bought it on ASDA. That doe not appear on my history of orders. Any other suggestions?
