    We'll need a bit more detail if you would like assistance.

    Are you getting an error? Does the console pick up that there is a game in the drive? or is it perhaps a downloaded game? What is the game? etc

    If you could provide a bit more detail around the issue, then we or the xbox staff will be able to tailor a much better response for you why my XBOX can't play game :)

    I can't download mw2 on my pc even though I bought it on xbox

    But if I own it can't I play it on my pc isn't it all through Microsoft I just don't understand why I can play it off my Xbox why I can't play off my pc I can play games like high on life on my Xbox and then go play on my pc and pick up where I left off

    Hi Zeroice,

    The issues began before I cancelled the subscriptions.

    My son's still can't play shared games unless my profile is logged in

    But if I'm logged in to one xbox, then it logs me out of the other xbox.

    So both son's can't play at the same time, why can't they play these games from their profiles?
