    I cant send messages to anyone. I went my XBOX 360 to the XBOX one and it hasn't let since i switched. please help!!

    i have xbox 1 and it won't let me talk with my mic and it won't let me send any messages it ssays for past behaviour i did nothing wrong this is crazy

    I was playing gta v online and I destroyed a guy and his friends in a death match, they sent a party invite in which I accepted and they just started cussing at me and stuff, I don't have a mic so I messaged him
    [Mod Removed] to the guy who invited me, so they all reported me (9 of them) over and over again. I later that week got communication banned for 2 weeks, I was wrongly reported, than after the 2 weeks it still says that I can't send messages
    because of my passed behavior, please fix this as I still want to send messages to my friends.
