Why my subscription billed twice

Hello Nathan,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can check your
order history and see what the charges are for. Could you have another subscription like game pass or EA access. If after checking order history and you are still not sure what the charge is from you can request a call back and speak with a support agent
as we cant look into your account here on the forums.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Microsoft account site (under "Payments & billing") to see what the charge is for, since it could be for something else. If you don't understand the purchase, contact
Xbox Live Support and they can help explain it.

You can also acquire the required order number of the Minecraft realm subscription by going to account.microsoft.com > then go to payment and billing > order history.
