why my son was suspended on xbox one 11-18-17

I would like to know why my son's account was suspended on Saturday November 18th? He was on his xbox one at his fathers house on November 18th from 9-10am. My son did inform me that he turned in someone that was in the game for communication and he feels
that this person retaliated by turning my son in. My son went to play on his xbox again later that evening and found out that he was suspended at 7:15pm. My son is not allowed to talk to people while being on live but he can hear the others, in other words
its on mute. My son doesn't understand why he was suspended as he did nothing wrong. Would you please explain to us what happened and what we can do to prevent this in the future. Thank you! Stacy Leck

suspension keeps getting pushed back

So I was suspended on 11/18/17 until 11/31/17... then on 11/31/17, i was informed the suspension was pushed to 12/18/17... now on 12/18/17 my suspension IS PUSHED AGAIN to 2/28/17 ... what is going on?? is this ever going to end?

The only ones who can respond to any suspension issues is the enforcement team and they do not use the forums. You can check any suspension issued by logging into
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ with the suspended account.

There also should have been an email sent to the account or the parental account.

Keep in mind, suspensions are issued after a filed report has been investigated. It could have been for something that was prior to the date of issue.
