why my record last 3 mins ALWAYS be a blank screen?

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft customer support. I understand that you are experiencing an issue with recording your gameplay on your Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop.



To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:



1. Check if your graphics card drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to the Device Manager, selecting your graphics card, and clicking on "Update driver."



2. Make sure that your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for the recording software you are using.



3. Try using a different recording software to see if the issue persists.



4. Check if there are any conflicting programs running in the background that may be causing the issue.

[/quote]I thought it just kept recording on a 5 min loop, that's why you can only save the last 5 min, there by IF anything KOOL happened you could stop what your doing an SAVE the last 5 minutes, an IT only records during games NOT during Lobbys & Movies
etc.

Im sure i accidently recorded my home screen last week with record that.

Why is step 2 and 3 blank on my screen?

it does, to use it you have to

1) xbox, snap game dvr

2) end clip now

3) last 5 mins

then it'll save the last 5 mins
