Why my purschase is cancelled and I don't receive my money back ?

I have purschse FH4 Ultimate Edition for 99,99€ but it was cancelled and i don't receive my money back.

How do I close my Zune account?

i cancelled my Zune and Xbox live and they still took money out of my account after they said they had cancelled the cards if this isn't theft i don't know what is ?????????????????

I cancelled my xbox live subscription and I received a mail to notify this cancelation the 21 september.

But, today I see that Microsoft collected 6,99€ !

My question is simple : How can I do to have this money back ? I don't understand how they can take my money.

For any concerns regarding a recent purchase, you can request a refund from the Xbox Refund Form. While
there are terms and conditions that apply, you will be able to speak with someone that will be able to better assist you from within Microsoft. This includes any payment errors that may have occurred when wanting to purchase a game.

refunds don't happen straight away, Usually they take 5-7 business day to be applied back to your original payment method.

How long ago was your purchase cancelled? It often can take some time for the refund to process, go through your lender, etc. If it's been more than a week I would suggest contacting Xbox customer service directly at support.xbox.com and see if they can check
to verify the refund has been issued.
