    but I found the due date in subscription just not extended (originally one month gold membership),

    Subscription Mysteriously Extended

    My gold membership was due to expire on the 22FEB 2013

    Today while checking to make sure auto-renewal was switched off I notice that today My membership has changed to an Xbox LIVE Prepaid 1 month membership and it now expires on the 28h March 2013.

    Thing is I have never entered a prepaid code for 1 months Live so don't know how the membership was extended.

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    I'm just curious why it might be extended as I haven't received any emails about it.

    Gold Membership

    I tried to join the Ambassadors group. When I applied it was not accepted due to not having a gold membership. Currently my gold membership does not expire until 2019. Can you tell me why the system is not showing that I have a gold subscription?

    Please head over to commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the code was activated on your account. If it was not perhaps you entered the code on the wrong account accidentally.

    If the code was not accepted to your account or you entered it on the wrong account accidentally you should give phone support a call for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.
