    So, I have version 25.2.1 installed for my graphics card radeon rx 7800 xt (steel legend) but the majority of the games I play crash after some time, giving me the driver timeout error coming from amd adrenaline bug report tool together with a Windows error that says "A problem has occurred with your display driver. This can be caused by out of date drivers, using game settings higher then your GPU can handle ( ex. for Ghost of Tsushima i use high definition and 2560 x 1440 res), an overheating GPU, or an error within the game. The temperature of my gpu while gaming is 40-44 degrees celsius. How can I fix this? Should I do a clean uninstall of my current driver and get a previous (which I'm scared to because my pc has trouble restarting, it freezes with a black screen, so idk if I can go in safe mode without damaging anything) or is there a simpler method? Please help I have asked everywhere.

    Hi,

    While I can appreciate your frustration be aware that this is a community forum, with the vast majority of users who will see your post here not being Microsoft employee's (myself included). Using caps to indicate your annoyance isn't going to help either.

    I'm a PC gamer too, I currently own on the game on Steam, but when I played via Gamepass around November last year it ran flawlessly, this was on an i7 8700 and an RTX 3070. I'm now on a i5 13600K and an RTX 3080.

    Sounds like it could be an issue with your graphics driver. Have you tried completely removing the driver via DDU and installing it again fresh?

    Honestly, you don't need to buy a PS5. Your current PC is significantly more powerful.
