Why my game is dowloading slowly?

This really depends on what server is stored the game and where is this server located
And also this can happen due to other external factors like:

Who is using your internet network in that moment
What ISP (internet service provider) server are you using in your PC
If you’re using a wired or wireless connection

You can try to improve the speed a bit, for this try:

A. Using a cable if you’re using a wireless connection
B. Disable IPv6 in your adapter
Open the Control Panel in Windows.
After opening the control panel, set the “View by” on the top-right corner to “Large icons“.
Click on the “Network and Sharing Center” option.
Here, click on the “Change adapter settings” link on the left panel.
Now, right-click on the active network adapter and select “Properties“.
Go to the “Networking” tab.
Here, uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” option.
Click on the “Ok” button to save changes.
Then close all the windows, restart your PC and try again

No, what i am asking is why can't i dowload the game directly in the language i choose, instead of having the languages limited due to region code ( as the game is made in english i dont understand why i cant dowload the english version of the game but only
the German one) it makes no sense to me. Funny thing is if i look at the dlc's for the game each one has language choice unlike the game itself

Thank you, now for the painfully slow download process, I know I and the rest of the world are dowloading it. Makes me wonder why I pay for 125mb dowload speeds, lol

I dont know why, but now i can put the game to dowload, but stopped in 28%! I think that i need to restart my computer :/

There is methods for Xbox console but i have PC+ my issue is that i cant dowload the game
