    Why my friend’s rt button only work on some games?


    My friend has had his Xbox for about 1 year and is using the controller that came with the Xbox and he can't play certain games why you may ask when he plays Roblox old games like resident evil is rt doesn't work but on other games like over watch etc it works and on other controllers there is no issue and I'm not sure what is is or what needs to be done thank you for your time

    Is your friend's controller firmware up to date?
    Please ask his to check that opening the Xbox Accessories App.

    Also, may I know if he tried using the controller connected via cable and see how it goes?
    Or the issue happens no matter how and where he connects it?
