    my friend and i buy games on his account and share it

    but yesterday he said his account banned.

    i tested to sign in with his account and i saw i can't sign in with his account.

    please help me to unban his account.

    Your "friend" would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for details on their suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who can ban or unban a account & they do not use the forums.

    Why are you signing in with his account? You do know that sharing your account/account details with other people is against the ToU/CoC?

    The game sharing feature is also meant for households with more than more console,not for sharing with your friends.

    Console Ban

    There are 30 day console bans if there have been several accounts that have been banned on the same console. But there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.
    A account of my friend was banned til 6.4.17 he played sometimes on my console . Maybe this is the Problem why i can not play online games ?
