    My live account is suspended(Feb 14,2017) for the first time in ~2 years.. I just want to know the specific reason why my account is suspended.

    Just like to know why xbox one dont count my win achievements by month, i won almost 800G and xbox only count 205G. The normal count is ok but not for month.

    I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
    the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

    If so that would be why

    Rep has nothing to do with suspensions

    And is your behaviour not your opinions that count on rep and yes Sony uses rep too

    The enforcement site will always list the reason why you are suspended

    If you want explanation that's what the case review is for
