    Hello everyone, recently (no more than 2 months) I bought a new control, a few days ago it began to fail, the power button remains on but it seems that it is not synchronized, since no button or lever works ( I already tried to synchronize it several times) (it does not have blows)

    Hello Jason, by your description it looks like you are trying to connect your control to a PC, make sure you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

    See which version of Windows 10 you have

    Updates are often seen as optional.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    After the updates are made, download the Xbox Accessories App and try to sync the controller first via the USB cable.

    That's totally fine and thank you for checking but in this case, we may need to get the console replaced/repaired. You can request a replacement for your controller by signing in to this link and submitting the controller's serial number:

    After you have successfully completed the replacement order the shipping label will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

    I would like to clarify, are you on Xbox or PC?

    Also, if you're on Xbox, have you tried using a different controller to check if it's the controller or the Xbox?
