    Why my computer recognize my ps4 controller as a xbox 360


    So I have a problem with my ps4 controller that in every game I enter it is recognize as an xbox 360 controller, I can`t switch to a ps4 controller.

    Here is a exemple in Rocket League, and I have selected on Steam the playstation support.

    I have my controller connected wireless but even if I connect it with a cable it still wont change.

    It still dosn`t work. I had uninstall the controller driver and still register as a xbox controller

    Would you please try to uninstall all controller drivers on your computer?

    Please go to Start > Search and click on Device manager. On the Device manager list, find all the controller devices listed. Right click on each one of them and select Uninstall. Make sure you have no controller connected on your computer.

    After uninstalling all drivers, please restart your computer and plug the PS4 controller by USB. Windows will automatically install a new driver.

    See if the issue persists and please let me know.

    Yes I have, my computer just doesn't recognize my controller triggers, everything else works as is.
