    Haven't received the 100 MP for renewing 1st gold membership.

    Hello Xbox LIVE Rewards Team,

    I was checking earlier my microsoft pending points and I noticed that I got the 10 MP for "Renewing 1 Month Xbox LIVE Gold Membership" the 9/1/12. However, I did not see the 100 MP for "Purchasing or Renewing 1st Xbox LIVE Online Gold Membership".
    I would like to know whether I'm ever going to see those missing 100 MP in "pending points" because my 1 month free gold trial ran out the 1st of Septemeber and the code I added for extra 1 month of gold membership started working since that day. I redeemed
    2 codes of 1 month xbox live gold membership ever since I first started the account in 7/1/12.

    Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

    so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

    By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

    JHow did you get It go work Man?Im having the exact same issue. ""Something went wrong but se can help you"" i've tried to redeem It on both the console and my android but didnt work. I got two codes using Microsoft reward points,the first was a 3 month live gold and the other Is a 1 month of game pass ultimate. I could redeem the first but when tried to redeem the gpu code it ran into an error. Do not know what to do. Can anyone help

    PS: i read on xbox support chat chat sometimes if your account Is suspended some codes can not be reedemed (mine Is curently suspended until September 25. Lets just say that i overreacted during a competitive match and got reportes totally ,okay with It. I deserved It), but whats got me thinking Is: why the 3 month live gold code could he reedemed while the 1 month of game pass ultimate could not? Also, in my billling history the 3 month live gold shows up but not the 1 month of GPU.
