Why my battlefild1 CDKEY display has been converted

We're not saying you did buy it. We're asking if you had Ultimate prior to buying the Gold from CDKeys. When you add Gold to an Ultimate subscription, it's converted to Ultimate at a different conversion rate which would have been shorter than the 12 months.
That could explain why it seemingly cancelled before it was supposed to.

If that's not the case, then you would have to contact support as they would be the only ones that can check your account to find out why it was cancelled.

Never ever buy cheap subscription. That's why they have heavy discounts.

nothing wrong with buying cheap codes, its called shopping around, cdkeys has always been fine as the codes they have are legit.

Been using cdkeys for my XBL gold for the past three years. And the wife has just used them for the first time for her gold too!

No I've only got one account...

The cdkeys code was redeemed by myself and just for myself not for friends or family...

Xbox store accept the code but didn't give the game and there was no error code...

The game is in my purchase history but I carnt go to download it unless I purchase it again...

I've tried to impute the cdkeys code again but xbox store says cd key has already been redeemed...

Yet cdkeys say if code has been redeemed your not in in titled to a refund...

What I find amazing is the game shows up as purchased ,I havnt got game to download and Microsoft says I'm not intitled to a refund but don't say why other than go back to whom I purchased my digital game code from...

I've looked again it says

Why would it say value as $0.00

Plus I bought xbox uk version cause live in the uk so it should be the wright version..

oh xbox live on cdkeys, no disputing that, and I am not saying they don't have good deals, what I am saying is its not often, and they aren't always cheapest.

The witcher 3 goes up and down in value, but has been cheaper in the xbox store than it ever has been on cdkeys.

Are those deals digital and where from? Although AC unity hasn't exactly been well received MGS5 more so.
