why my background image is not appearing in html 5 even though my code is correct?

If yes, in some cases is necessary to use the full path if you have the image stored locally. For example: C:/users/ameer/desktop/practice3/images/bob.jpg

No it hasn't helped. I have no idea why but the game does not appear in my previous purchases anymore. It's just vanished even though it was a redeemed code a couple years back.

Sorry to double post but WHY can't you use paragraphs in this forum? I even went into HTML and used br codes and it STILL doesn't let me space out my paragraphs. Enjoy reading my ugly OP now...

the site uses html 5, no flash anywhere. this is most likely a cache problem as the site loads on my old xbox one fine with the latest browser, check the site on pc too and inspected, it is clearly using html 5 and is also coded to work on mobile platforms too.

Still don't understand why the home dashboard my profile etc is blank. When I go to change even the background it says service unavailable yet my mate who lives 5 mins away is having zero problems.
