then in a different answer he gives specifics as to how they are improving it and uses the xbox one as an example.

Newsflash Gamers said Sony was gonna fail with PS3 because of the launch price and low and behold it did eventually start turning a profit for them and was neck and neck in sales with 360.

MS had no reason to lie. Developers had no reason to lie because some did confirm it to work as presented as well. The only facts you have against it is your gut feeling?. You think GameStop hasn't made billions of dollars since the last decade so I don't

Sorry, but if that's your mentality and the best you can do when attempting a civil conversation, then there's no point in even trying to have a conversation with you. Keep thinking you're big and bad over the internet though, I'm sure that will take you
far in life. Like I said, the family sharing plan never would have been what MS tried to make it out to be. It only takes a bit of logic and reason to figure that out. I'm sorry you seem to be severely lacking in those two areas.

@Lestat It does alienate people. Not everyone wants to go full digital and as a result they wouldn't be able to partake in the feature. It can't get any simpler than this. DRM and 24hr check-ins alienated no one as you weren't a customer if you weren't buying
the X1 anyway. Just because you were previously a 360 cutsomer does not grant you an automatic upgrade to a X1 customer without purchasing the system.

MS gave us the features we wanted for years yet it seems a whole lot of gamers never thought of how to make it work and still be profitable for the people who make games. MS comes out with a fair solution for both parties and y'all complained because compromises
had to be made. Sounds like gamers were being greedy to me.

so all that was irrelevant. If it didn't then developers could've simply stopped supporting it.

Currently, publishers get zero profit from one copy sold 50 times to 50 different people who get to play the copy as if its brand new.

2. If people are buying new copies and holding on to them instead of trading them back in, their would be less used games. Retailers can't magically generate used games from my knowledge so it would be a boon for publishers.

3. It doesn't depend on the person unless that person has zero gaming friends in real life or on XBL. Generally people have different tastes in games so you could've just played something a friend purchased to get your new game fix.

4. Like I said previously. If you had a circle you are spending less money and likely
gaming more than usual depending on your friend(s) buying habit. There is no way to spin that to say you aren't saving money.

I shouldn't have had to specify physical copies since that IS what y'all were crying over in the first place. Even after I did, you still didn't answer the question lol. Digital does not solve the physical implications for piracy by having such a feature
so your answer doesn't have a leg to stand on in all honesty.
