Why Microsoft?!! Why, why, why?

Man i'm really getting [Mod Removed – Profanity] infuriated! I'm ready to grow icicles on my Xbox One S or smash it with a freaking sledgehammer! For months now, my Xbox One S has been doing either one of two things. A. My
games will not load past the initial game screen and I get error 8027025xa "took too long to start." B. My games act like they're gonna load, but my xbox keeps kicking me back to the dashboard. I deal with this garbage several times a week, in fact this week's
been so awful that I'vd had an error everyday, no joke! Despite trying a ton of things including speaking to Xbox customer support, the problems aren't stopping. Now I will list what I've tried, its long so please bear with me.

1. Hard resets, hard restarts and factory resetting. I haven't tried a factory reset in a couple months however.

2. Unplugging everything and letting the Xbox sit for 3 minutes.

3. Deleting and readding my account

4. Clearing: persistent storage, local saved data and mac address.

5. Deleting and reinstalling every single freaking game i own on my two 2tb external hard drives. Yep that's right! Over 50 games! Mostly discs btw.

6. I've gone through two different exchanges. The other two Xbox Ones had the same problems.

7. I take top care of my Xbox. The system, games and controllers are all horizontal and low lying in areas where things can't fall impactfully hard. I dust my Xbox weekly and I wipe my discs off if they need it.

8. My internet speeds are 15 to 20 mbps for downloads and about 5 mbps for uploads, is that not good enough for the polished 5 year old dog

I truly do not know what more i can do and I am at my wits end! What exactly IS the
[Mod Removed – Profanity] problem? Does anyone know? Am i missing something?

Have you cleared the dust inside the xbox itself?

Many gamers recommended to me to use compressed air in a can, ones used to clean keyboards to blow the dust out.

Probably not, you see i have a one year in sore warranty through Gamestop that allows me to directly exchange my Xbox. But three different consoles with the same issues? That's pathetic and ridiculous to me! Are og Xbox Ones and One S models really that
unreliable? I refuse to pay another $200 to upgrade to the One X! I also refuse to trade in my Xbox One, I do not believe that todays trade in values are fair. supported and was a BIG Xbox 360 fan for many despite being a victim to two rrod's.

I'm a video game collector and I also own closee to 100 XB360 games. At the time as i said above i ate the turdwich and overlooked the rrod at the time because I wanted to play all those big exclusives that the 360 once had, but no more! Microsoft has angered
me to the point where I 'm never buying another Xbox game again unless its an exclusive like Gears or Halo 6. I have owned an og model PlayStation 4 for over three years now to this day and it doessn't give me any issues. The Xbox One is a major disgrace and
a huge disappointment and that's putting it lightly.

 

Is your console plugged directly into the socket on the wall? If not, are you using a surge protector or a surge protected plug strip?

Surge protectors cause major issues with Xbox consoles.

 

Yes my Xbox One is plugged directly into the wall socket. What do you think about compressed air cans? Some people recommend them, but i've also heard that they can harm your Xbox too.

I would definitely consider getting it serviced, Quick question, When you completely factory reset the console do games downloaded directly onto the console itself without use of the external work?

Have you tried an offline system update? If you wish to try that, navigate to the link below and select "I need to update my system offline," and then follow the instructions.

Looks like you've done everything else, so it might be worth a try. The only time I've experienced the issue you describe was apparently a result of corrupt operating system files which were not being replaced through the standard update process,
and this solution worked for me.
