Mine has been doing this for 3 or 4 days.

Tried to load it up this morning and it pops up telling me that it's not currently available to me and to go to the store. I did and it tells me it's installed (which I know). It also won't let me open it from the store.

This makes me sad.. Help..

 

Hey there, izummonster! To look into this deeper, I would need to know what region you're located in. Not all games are available everywhere, however this one should be in nearly all regions.

Aside from that, you can make sure that your PC's locale is the same as where you're physically located by going into Settings > Time & Language > Additional date, time, and regional settings > Change location (under Region). From there, you can make sure
that everything is all set appropriately.

Thanks for the hint about location. But minesweeper or microsoft treausre hunter still not available. My region is Russia. Will that games ever available?

 

Interesting! I am able to see Minesweeper as being available for your region, it's one the games that was released to all regions.

Have you filled out all of your Billing information on
commerce.microsoft.com yet? If not, it might not recognize that your account is set to Russia, and that might be causing the issue you're seeing. Let me know if that helps you out!

 

I don't have any payment card like visa or master card. Other games recognize my location, and games like solitare, bingo, jigsaw too.

You do not need a payment card on file to update your Billing address on the website. This is only so that the website recognizes what region you're located in and can create a billing account (even one without a credit card attached). This might be what
is stopping you from purchasing some games if that's not already set up.

 

If that true - give me actual URL, where i might fill that. Because if i try do this in
commerce.microsoft.com it's redirects me in

commerce.microsoft.com/.../NoBillingRecord - there need card, or international bill. There's nothing I can do.

 

I don't have a direct link, but here are the steps for you.

• Sign in to account.microsoft.com.
• Click on Payment & Billing in the blue banner.
• Click on Billing info in the white banner below the blue banner.
  
• Click the link for Edit profile

This should let you enter in billing information without adding a card. Let me know if you still run into troubles doing so, though!

Contact Us page. If that Commerce page is not working for you like it is working for me (and there are no credit cards on my professional account), then there is likely something wrong with your account that
needs to be looked into further. Until we get your account's region set up appropriately, we cannot properly troubleshoot what you are seeing.
