    I understand that you are experiencing issues opening campaign for your game Modern Warfare 2.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check for updates. Please make sure both your console and the game are fully updated. Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates and check for updates.

    And then restart your console. Hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds to turn it off completely, then turn it back on.

    Next is to check your internet connection. Your internet connection is stable and strong. Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network connection.

    Uninstall and reinstall Modern Warfare 2. Ensure to back up your game saves before doing so.

    If incase the steps performed doesn't work kindly reach Activision Support: https://support.activision.com/ and inform them that you are experiencing issues with their game.

    They should be able to help you out because they are trained to fix any in-game issues too.

    Modern Warfare 3 for the Campaign and BF3 for the MP. Shame because MW2's MP kept me playing for 2 years, this one hasn't kept me for 2 days.
